Wissenswerkstatt in Schweinfurt was set up to introduce children and young people to technical topics. The aim is to awaken young people’s interest in science and technology and to show them a professional and personal perspective.
Since FIS-ASP is also convinced of this concept, we are very pleased to be able to support the Wissenswerkstatt facility with our donation.
Daniel Thiel, Managing Director of Wissenswerkstatt in Schweinfurt e.V., was a guest at FIS-ASP to personally accept the donation check and inform himself about the company. During the donation handover, Mr. Thiel reported on the digital equipment: “The money raised will be used in particular to finance notebooks and other materials for exciting experiments.” During the visit, Mr. Thiel was given a tour of the premises. The managing director was also enthusiastic about the FIS-ASP in-house data center, where over 42,500 users are currently hosted.
